We’re Opening Our Doors to Exceptional Trainers — Across Every Sport

Iuka Sports Academy was built for one reason: to give kids and families in our area access to opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have.

We’re a rural community. That matters. It shapes what’s possible, what’s realistic, and what actually works. We don’t pretend we’re a big-city sports complex, and we don’t try to operate like one. What we do have is a growing facility, committed families, and a real need for quality coaching across nearly every sport. We have roughly 600 members and growing, and many of them searching for help training their youngsters. We have your clientele waiting for you. Because of that, we’re actively looking for trainers and coaches with extraordinary skills who want a place to train athletes and build something meaningful here.

What We’re Offering Trainers

We are not charging trainers to use the facility.

There’s no rental fee, no percentage taken, and no long-term contract. If you’re bringing real value to athletes, we want you focused on coaching — not worrying about overhead.

The only requirement is simple and fair:any athlete you train must either be an ISA member or pay a day rate to access the facility.

That keeps the doors open, the lights on, and the space available for everyone.

Let’s Be Clear About Expectations

What works here are trainers who:

  • Take pride in their craft

  • Know how to develop athletes at the youth and high school level

  • Understand that consistency beats flash

  • Want to grow alongside the athletes they train

If you’re great at what you do and fair in how you charge, there’s room here for you.

Why ISA Makes Sense in a Rural Community

One of the biggest challenges for trainers in small towns is access — to space, to equipment, and to athletes. ISA solves that.

We offer:

  • Over 20,000 square feet of indoor training space

  • Courts, turf, and open areas for multiple sports

  • A steady stream of local families and athletes

  • Flexible scheduling and a supportive environment

You don’t need to invest in your own building. You don’t need to gamble on long-term leases. You just need to bring skill, professionalism, and the ability to teach.

Who Should Reach Out

We’re open to trainers and coaches across every sport — soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, football, strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and specialty disciplines.

What matters more than the sport is how you coach.

If you care about fundamentals, accountability, and real progress — not hype — we’d like to hear from you.

Building Something That Lasts

Our goal isn’t to create a revolving door of trainers. It’s to build a stable group of coaches who become part of the fabric of ISA and the community around it.

If that sounds like something you’d want to be part of, reach out and start the conversation.
