Iuka Sports Academy is introducing a new agility training program in Iuka, Mississippi, designed to help young athletes improve speed, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Beginning Tuesday, March 10, ISA will host a four-week agility training series led by Coach Rayfield Ragland, a former Clemson University basketball player and professional athlete with years of experience developing athletes.
This program will run every Tuesday through March 31, giving participants a structured environment to build movement skills that apply to nearly every sport.
