I wanted to make a few notes about our agility class. This class is about building strength and improving your agility. Its a great class for younger kids 6-8 to help increase their footwork speed and start to learn how to push yourself when something starts to get hard.
The class helps 9+ on building muscle, increasing endurance and helps push the limits, which all make for a more well-rounded player and individual. They test their limits and push them to do better with each class. These are great to attend every day if you can, but at least twice a week will make a big difference!
